Belle Bridal is by appointment only so we can offer you our full attention and personalized service. Appointments are typically one hour with a built-in 30-minute buffer in case you arrive late or need more time.

We recommend browsing our designers page before your visit. If you're hoping to see a specific gown, please give us at least 10 business days to request it — and note that not all designers loan samples.

We recommend beginning your research and visits about 10–12 months before your wedding date, and placing your gown order 9–10 months in advance. Most of our designers require 6–8 months for production, and you’ll want to allow at least 12 weeks for alterations.

If you’re hoping to see a specific piece in person, let us know with at least 10 business days' notice — we’ll do our best to request it, though please note that not all designers offer loaner gowns.

Please bring undergarments — for sanitary reasons, we ask that no one tries on gowns without them. We have sample shoes available, but recommend bringing your own in case sizing is an issue.

We do not use a pedestal in our space, as we believe it creates an unrealistic impression of how the dress will actually look and feel.

Most of our samples are in sizes 6, 8, and 10, with select styles in 14 and 16. That said, we've developed ways to help you try on nearly every gown — regardless of sample size.

We’re actively expanding our size range in bestsellers so every bride can feel confident during their appointment. All gowns are made-to-order based on your measurements, which means the final fit is far more accurate than standard bridal sizing.

After your consultation (usually about an hour), many brides take time to think — and we fully support that. Once you're ready to say yes, we’ll take around 25 measurements, along with photos of you in the gown and in a fitted outfit (tank and leggings) if needed for the designer.

Because our gowns are made-to-measure, we don’t use standard size charts unless required by the designer. If your gown follows a size chart, we’ll let you know ahead of time so you’re aware of how that may affect alterations.

We require a 75% deposit to begin production (85% for rush orders, 100% for accessories and Amsale Little White Dresses). Once your deposit is placed, your measurements and photos are submitted to the designer to begin creating your pattern and gown.

When your dress arrives at our studio, we’ll reach out to schedule your gown viewing — this can also serve as your alterations consultation if you’d like. Alterations typically take 8–10 weeks, and most brides return for at least 5 fittingsto ensure everything is perfect.

All Sales are final. No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations. Changes to my order can only be made within 24 hours of the time I make my order.

If your event is cancelled or postponed, you will not be able to return the gown or custom accessories for any refund or credit, and all deposits and payments
made shall be forfeit.

All sample or stock gown sales are final.

All ship dates from the manufacturers are approximate. Delivery of most wedding gowns takes between 4-10 months, except in the case of approved rush orders for which there will be an additional charge.
